CERNUELL CISALPINA

Cisalpina was thought to be so beautiful, in fact, that as much effort was dedicated to convincing the readership the immaculate little creature was not some computer-generated entity as was spent on serious scientific examination of it.

Cernuell Cisalpina is a native, land-roving mollusk of Nularion III. Averaging approximately 2.54cm, its most striking feature is its light-brownish shell. The colors swirl across the shell on days when the dual suns of its homeworld strike it at the same time. This is in apparent reaction to the slightly differing wavelengths of light given off by each sun. The unique shell color contrasts with the saturated green surface of Nularion III, making it the darling of countless nature publications when it was first photo-documented by Tonni 131-4564-8828.
